We have taken some actions to help our customers feel comfortable ordering from dearkatiebrown.com during uncertain times.
We are keeping a constant watch on USPS shipping updates and any service disruptions. Currently, delays are possible but all areas are still receiving service.
UPS shipping is available for our US customers. Delays are possible but there are currently no service disruptions.

All international shipping has been paused until further notice.
We are so sorry to have to push pause on our international sales but at this time customers are being required to pay extra surcharges for packages and we cannot in good conscience keep offering this shipping while there is a chance our customers may be asked to pay unexpected fees. Please know we are doing our best to keep our shipping options as up to date as possible and will begin shipping internationally as soon as we can do so affordably. USPS international shipping has suspended services and guaranteed delivery to most countries. We as a company refuse to offer shipping without the assurance that your order will get to you. Therefore we have opted to remove USPS international shipping for a limited time. We apologize for the limited options, we know this will increase the shipping cost for our international customers. We are keeping an eye on this and will adjust the shipping options as soon as it is safe to do so. We understand these increased shipping costs maybe make it impossible for you to purchase and we are so sorry. We will do everything to make shipping internationally more affordable as soon as we can.
UPS and DHL International Shipping
Due to recent service interruptions as well as changes to customs in many countries, DHL has been unable to deliver orders from us. Therefore, we have chosen to remove DHL from our shipping options until normal service resumes. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will update these options as soon as possible.
UPS international shipping at this time is running smoothly with only some minor delays possible. We are watching to make sure services have not been suspended and will keep our shipping options updated with any new changes.
