Dear Katie Brown was founded by Katie Brown and Kristin Graham of Georgetown, Tx . Katie is the Creative Director and Kristin is Head of Shipping as well as customer service. Katie manages our photography with special assistance from Tracy Cannon, owner of Our web design is run by Kristin with special assistance from Danita Rambo who is also an investor.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our typical processing time is 3-5 days before shipment . We ship orders out Mon-Thurs. Depending on our inventory and the day of the week that you purchased on, your order may ship as quickly as the next day. If you are concerned about the shipping time please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your need.

  • Who makes the glitter products?

We make all of the products we sell. Katie designs each shade and hand mixes the glitter as well as the proprietary formula .

  • Are Dear Katie Brown products Cruelty Free?


  • Are Dear Katie Brown products Vegan?

No. Currently our formula cannot be considered vegan because it includes beeswax, however we are looking into other vegan friendly waxes.

  • Do I need glitter glue?

It depends on the type of application you are looking for, if you are looking for just a touch of glitter, our pressed glitters can be applied with the tip of your finger without the use of a glitter glue or primer. However if you plan to apply the glitter with a brush to get a heavier or my opaque look to the glitter we highly recommend using Lit Cosmetics glitter glue, lash adhesive or any other stronger form of adhesive to hold the glitter in place.
